St Germain Stage: Barrington Stage Company

Barrington Stage Company (BSC) is an award-winning professional Equity regional theater founded in 1995 by Artistic Director Julianne Boyd, renowned for producing top-tier musicals, plays, cabarets, and new works across three intimate venues: the renovated 520-seat Boyd-Quinson Mainstage (a historic 1912 vaudeville house opened by BSC in 2006), the St. Germain Stage, and Mr. Finn’s Cabaret at the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center. It gained national acclaim for world-premiering the Tony-winning musical. The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in 2004 before its Broadway run, and continues a six-month season of compelling, innovative programming that draws over 55,000 patrons annually while nurturing emerging talent and engaging youth through bold outreach.
